70 that you have to follow. On the one hand, this requires a high level of self-initiative, but it also offers excel- lent opportunities for bringing one's own creativity and ideas to the com- pany. I am really amazed by the fact that I successfully supported the pro- ject of Pet-Fi, to bring value to the company and that I was able to play out my own ideas. My expectations have been met even they have been exceeded in many aspects. During the time in Brighton, it was very much interested in getting in touch with so many amazing people and interesting companies, and I am very grateful to Jennifer for that. Jennifer and the other start-ups have con- vinced me that you can achieve a lot if you have a unique idea and the right portion of passion. Nevertheless, I am happy to return to my well-structured company, but def- initely, I can resort to a lot of experi- ences here in Germany and hopeful- ly I will also be able to use these ex- periences in my everyday work.
